A vibrant White Rum, made by blending a Caribbean rum base with Cornish water.
 
The name is a nod to the history of Cape Cornwall, when rum was smuggled in by boat and stored in the walls of the founders' farm building!
 
We have tried & tested many local rums, but for us, Cape Cornwall Rum is just outstanding.  We also stock their Gold and Spiced versions too - all are simply gorgeous.
