Our vintage red wine is a single variety, light red made from our rondo grapes grown here at Polgoon. It is light and fruity with blackcurrant, redcurrant and plum followed by a smooth vanilla finish. It is wonderful when accompanied by Cornish charcuterie, pork dishes or cheese platters.
 
WINE MAKING
Our Rondo grapes are hand harvested then destemmed and pressed. The juice then goes through a cold maceration for at least a week before fermentation. The wine then goes through a malolactic fermentation.
